Part of Gluck's opera, Orfeo ed Euridice, about Orpheus's descent into the Underworld to rescue the soul of his beloved Eurydice, Dance of the Blessed Spirits is the hauntingly melancholy tune of Orpheus's travels through the heavenly Elysian Fields. Surrounded by unimaginable beauty and wonder, Orpheus can only find tragedy in the fact that Eurydice is not there to share in the experience with him. It is a song filled with loss and longing, a song that will resonate with anyone who has ever felt as though there was a hole in their life that kept them from enjoying the goodness in it.
Pt 2: Snow spirits. They don't have bodies, they're just a long serpentine neck ending in a draconic head, and they always appear as a unit of 3-5 heads. They're made of crystallized snow, and they can either brute force attack or sharpen their edges to be used as blades.
They can only be summoned if there's snow around for them to appear out of, and their size and strength depends on the amount of snow available.
